Help Us Trial Our New Fundraising & Comms Product

Take Part In Our Free Trial

We are looking for three charities to test a new marketing and fundraising comms product. We want to help you produce stronger marketing and fundraising content that is compelling, on-brand and based on your audience insights and knowledge. As well as providing easy-to-use strategic tools to provide insight to improve performance.

Basically, we want to provide you with your own, private AI model that uses your brand tone and voice to help you market and fundraise more effectively.

Requirement for the trial

  • Permission to use AI in your charity.

  • Commitment to attend one 45 minute tutorial session every week for four weeks (hoping to start in late March, but will adapt around Easter holidays!)

  • An open mind and curiosity to adapt the tools to suit your needs.

  • Time to test and learn the tools between sessions.

  • Permission to connect your social media accounts (optional, but does improve your outputs).

  • Commitment to provide feedback on what features are most useful and how you found using the tools.

What happens at the end of the trial?

You’ll be able to download the various playbooks, strategies and personas you’ve created and keep them for free (value £1,000+).

If you like the tool, then there will be the option to subscribe. As a thank you for taking part in the trial, we’ll offer a permanent discount on using the tool in the future.

Feedback on the pricing (our default currently is to keep it low cost and probably pay as you go) is one of the things we’ll be asking you about!

Strategic uses

  • Brand toolkit that you can use to train and tailor your comms.

  • Product toolkit for specific services or products. For example, a helpline, a regular giving fundraising campaign or an event.

  • Persona development to help understand your potential supporters. There is even the chance to conduct a phone interview with your AI avatars!

  • Competitor analysis to compare websites, fundraising product/offers or your services.

  • Brainstorming Chat-GPT tool based on the information you share.

Operational uses

  • Use the brand/product toolkits to create compelling social media content including images and video.

  • Define different tone of voice to suit different campaigns and content i.e. your tone from the chief executive (authorative, knowledgeable) might be different from the fundraising team (friendly, passionate).

  • Connect your social accounts to allow you to post content across platforms (tailored to each one).

  • Manage all comments from a unified mailbox with the option to automate replies.

  • Create supporter journeys and conversion campaigns across multiple channels. Includes websites, emails, SMS and any other channels you use.

What tools and AI are you using?

We’ve created a charity specific version of HighLevel* (the largest CRM and marketing platform you’ve never heard of, with over 100,000 user worldwide!) called Charity Elevate AI. We’ve incorporated HeyLevi into the platform.

We’ll be offering a range of AI-related services including voice AI, chatbots and automations. This specific project is about strategic comms, marketing and fundraising messaging.
